It can be as simple as catching people doing good and then telling them this in front of other people. This is free and very powerful. Gunnar wrote his doctoral thesis on the informal small talk in an organization. At the lunch break, is negative gossip the topic of conversation? What can we as leaders do about this? This was the topic of Gunnars first book. A book that has was awarded “best leadership book” in 2003. In his second book, Gunnar tackles “energy” in organizations. We discuss both books and Gunnar gives great advice that you can use today.
