Some are about dealing with problems, and some are about optimizing performance. In this episode, I interview Fredrik Praesto, one of Swedens most famous hypnotist. At the beginning of the interview, I asked Fredrik to hypnotize me to do a great interview that is interesting, informative and fun. I let you be the judge of that.
