Technology can be a blessing or a curse. Sometimes it is just too much! With clients expecting to get an answer immediately, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, whatsup and all the other social media that takes attention it can be a huge source of stress. In smartphone coaching we want to use technology to serve us not the other way around. As I have mentioned before, try to take technology free time. Put your phone on airplane mood so you cannot be disturbed.

I personally sometimes just like to snuggle up in front of the fireplace with my wife and a good book. Since we do not have a fireplace we use the second best… YouTube…
