What do you think about hypnosis? Interesting? Sceptical? This is a field that has been researched over many years, so there is nothing to be sceptical about. There are so many applications. Some are about dealing with problems, and some are about optimizing performance. In this episode, I interview Fredrik Praesto, one of Swedens most famous hypnotist. At the beginning of the interview, I asked Fredrik to hypnotize me to do a great interview that is interesting, informative and fun. I let you be the judge of that.
