Do you ever think where the food you are putting in your mouth is coming from? In just a few generations most of us have moved to the cities and have no relation to food production. Unfortunately, it has moved from small farms to huge factories. Richard Perkins is doing the opposite. They have a regenerative farm in Värmland in west Sweden. Here food production is done in a more ethical way which is good for everyone. The soil, the animals and the consumers.
