Oliver is a nice guy. And he can kick my ass. He is a professional MMA fighter living the traditional values of martial arts and Bushido. I believe there are a lot of lessons both from elite athletes and martial arts. Oliver fought two times in the UFC, the highest league in MMA. Two days after I reached out to him he announced on his Instagram account that his contract with UFC had been cut. A major setback. This became one topic of discussion – how do you overcome setbacks?
